The Growth Project provides mentoring and leadership development for charities and not-for-profit organisations in an environment of shared learning, that aims to maximise the positive impact these organisations can have on the world. We help organisations enter the next stage of growth and become sustainable over the long term. Selected charities are paired with corporate leaders and progress through eight full-day structured content sessions across 12 months to achieve sustainability.

At WeFlex we believe that fitness should be for every body - so we are building a platform to create a more inclusive health and fitness industry.WeFlex is an exciting startup that will connect people with a disability to mainstream fitness and health providers. We will facilitate training to ensure confidence in these professionals and leverage the power of technology to change lives at scale.

As a consultant my main responsibility is to help clients navigate complexity and make coherent choices in a rapidly changing world. This is typically done by harnessing a range of tools and methods, including hypothesis driven problem solving and human centred design.

Worked in a team responsible for re-engineering the sales process of a major financial institution in response to regulatory change. This included developing a best-practice sales model across multiple brands and channels across the country. The process involved rapid prototyping, field testing and focus groups to ensure success for a diverse range of stakeholders. Once completed, the new process will be rolled out across 12,000 staff.
