He hasmanaged large healthcare entities and ambulatory surgical centers. He has considerable financialexperience in healthcare from providing financial forensic analysis to increasing net operating profitfrom progressive revenue management. Mr. Levin also has lead healthcare entities through the PatientCentered Medical Home (PCMH) accreditation process and the National Committee of QualityAssurance (NCQA) program. Mr. Levin holds the distinction of leading the 20th practice in the nation toNCQA Level 3 status. Level 3 status is the highest level for integrated technical electronic health record(EHR) use in the delivery of patient care. In addition, Mr. Levin also has implemented complianceprograms in Meaningful Use and PQRS. He has consulted for major insurance companies on care qualityscores and care coordination issues. He has participated in the development of the new healthcareparadigm entities of Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs).Technology:Mr. Levin has a Master in Science Information Systems, is a Certified Information Systems SecurityProfessional (CISSP) and Healthcare Information Systems Privacy Professional (HCISPP). He hasconsulted for EHR vendors and acts as a HIPAA Privacy and Security Rule Expert for various agencies. Hehas assisted states in the emerging state based Health Information Exchange (HIE) design. He hasdeveloped large architectural networks supporting 24/7 mission critical healthcare systems in local,hybrid and cloud deployments. Mr. Levin has supported various pharmaceutical companies’development projects through the early information technology life cycle development phases. He wasan early proxy in the development of data analytic solutions from diverse data set environments. Hisknowledge of healthcare operations and technological interoperability makes his skill set unique in thedigital healthcare industry.Currently:Mr. Levin is semi‐retired but acts as an advisor for venture capital firm clients who are in need ofmentorship and guidance in delivering change agent technologies in the healthcare marketplace. He alsoadvises on threat assessments from physical security, cloud deployments to business continuity plans. Mr Levin is currently pursuing a certificate from ISC2 CCSP certification to document his formal knowledge in Cloud Security.
