About Ben Mccormick
I'm currently a Lead Software engineer at Kustomer. We're always hiring, so please reach out if you're on the market. Come work with me! We're remote-friendly in the US. Prior to my current stint at Kustomer, I've worked for everything from a 15 person startup to 2 75,000 employee industry giants. I've spent my whole career working on web applications, and have worn a variety of hats in that time, including time spent in backend, front end, and design roles as well as managing teams. On the technical side, I have significant experience working with a variety of JavaScript libraries and frameworks, including React, Jest, MobX, Marionette.js (to which I've contributed code and documentation help), Backbone, and lodash. I'm also extremely comfortable diving down the backend stack and have years of Node, Python and SQL experience. I also spend a considerable time making sure I'm keeping up with new developments in the development world and have a good understanding of the benefits and tradeoffs of a variety of frameworks and technologies.
