Leading and being involved in high functioning teams is very rewarding. I’ve had the privilege and been given the opportunity to succeed in a wide variety of jobs. Different opportunities include:- Leading the Product Function of an industry best Salesforce Data Management company. This includes working with customers to align roadmap with customer needs and working closely with dev, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and forward progress.- Developing Data Strategies specifically around migrations in a turnaround role specifically working towards running migrations at a profit using a strong process driven approach and continuous improvement. This taught me how to take a series of small wins and turn them into bigger wins for our organization.- Leading a team of Developers at various stages towards common goals, prioritizing individual growth and work satisfaction. This taught me to be empathetic to these developers and eventually led me to my passion for Data.- Working with a team deep in Central Idaho running whitewater rafting excursions for up to 60 people at a time in very challenging conditions for more than 10 years. This taught me about logistics and how process can be the thing that makes it work all the time, every time.
