As a Partner in our Real Estate Group I act on a broad range of work from site assembly development, letting and funding to acquisitions and disposals.I've played a leading role in many substantial development projects, including the Friargate mixed use scheme in Coventry, three forward funding deals at Exchange Square in Birmingham for developer client Nikal which brought forward over 950 build to rent units and a 230 bed hotel as well as significant enhancements to public realm. I also act on the Calthorpe Estate in Birmingham and I'm currently working with Landsec on their suburban London redevelopment projects at Finchley Road and Lewisham.In the retail sector I have extensive experience acting for clients including Landsec, Hammerson and Capital & Regional on scheme enhancing anchor deals and repurposing transactions. I worked on development pre-lets at schemes such as Westgate, Oxford and WestQuay, Southampton and I head up our team acting for Landsec on their retail outlet centres. running Landsec's outlet portfolio. Recently I've repurposed retail space to leisure and medical uses and acted for Huel on their state of the art manufacturing site in Milton Keynes. I've acted on the sale of numerous landmark schemes, including The Mailbox Birmingham and Printworks, Manchester (both for values in excess of £100m). In the transport sector I act for Solum Regeneration, a partnership between Network Rail and Kier formed to enable the regeneration of under-utilised railway land as mixed use redevelopments at station sites including Twickenham, Epsom and Walthamstow. I'm driven by helping my clients and colleagues achieve their goals.Outside of work I love spending time with my family, watching live sport or music. If I'm not doing that you might find me struggling up a hill on my road bike, trying to get quicker at running or coaching an under 8s football team.
