1. Assume the role of project manager when required; planning and effectively managing all aspects of the project or release including cost, schedule, scope, quality and project resources. 2. Design and maintain business applications to meet organizational goals. (Salesforce, ERP, ECommerce, Integrations, etc.)3. Communicating and developing relationships with all levels of the organization, including internal and external users, customers, and vendors. 4. Accountable for milestone tracking, resource planning, documenting business or financial risks, contingency planning, task escalation, and problem resolution of critical issues to project sponsor/owners. 5. Collect, document and analyze business requirements, rules and functional specifications for complex cross functional projects to provide the best solution for business needs.6. Manage process improvement projects, complying with our continuous improvement business principles. 7. Develop and deliver user training (including authoring user documentation) for software and process implementation. 8. Document, analyze, and resolve user requests. These requests can include process improvement suggestions, ad-hoc reporting, software or process issues, workspace setup, software implementation, document retrieval, or executive leadership directive. 9. Provide meaningful analysis and recommendations on trends of current, new and future investments, corporate strategy and business process alignment. 10. Whatever it takes to protect the integrity of the organization, improve efficiency, and meet organizational goals.
