As a manager i was put in charge of helping to train other managers. I spent time training managers and their crew in over 20 stores. As a manager of a store i was given three different stores that were failing and turned them back into profitable stores through managing labor, food cost, sales and improving the customer service. Through my hard work i was put in charge of the Apple Valley store which is one of the busiest stores in Minnesota. In one month i was able to cut labor down by one third and save on average of $1500 in food cost.
