With the announcement of Victorian Container Deposit Scheme (CDS) I am excited to be leading the mobilisation and delivery of the TOMRA Cleanaway Victoria CDS Network of Refund Colection Points covering all of the Western Metropolitan area of Melboure from Mickleham in the north down to Brunswick and around to Footscray and Williamstown and most of Western Regional Victoria from Portland to Geelong along the Great Ocean Road, Hopetoun to St Araud along the north and a large number of towns and regional cities in between for scheme commencement on 1 November 2023.

• Combat Support Vehicle Systems Program Office, Land Manoeuvre Systems Branch• Manage the Combat Support Vehicle Systems Program Office (CSVSPO), which is comprised of (5) sustainment capabilities products and (3) major acquisition projects with an annual budget of approximately $260m.• Provide executive leadership to the project and program directors to align with strategic goals and objectives and signoff requirements including all audits, stocktakes and reports • Lead and manage a diverse team of 100+ personnel including asset and fleet management, inventory, integrated logistic support, procurement, project management and engineering.• Lead the implementation of streamlined processes in support of procurement and inventory to optimise the use of automation and provide executive management of the inaugural Managing Contractor concept within the Land Systems Division.

• Manage the ASLAV capability (253 vehicles) on behalf of the Department of Defence including leadership for 30 personnel, fleet management, inventory, integrated logistic support, procurement, project management and engineering.• Supervise the management of over 26,000 Stock Keeping Unit Locations (SKULs) with an average budget in excess of $55 million per annum.• Coordinate the development and implementation of a Life of Type management plan for the ASLAV capability, to extend its Life of Type from 2021 to 2024/25.• Manage the programs Key Performance Indicator to ensure that the fleet maintained its performance at or above the agreed level of 90% for demand satisfaction.• Achieve budget expenditure to within 3% of phasings and lead reform activities within the Cavalry Program to improve efficiency, compliance and optimising supply chains.• Chair the Light Armoured Vehicles User Nation Group meeting under the American, Britain, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand Armies agreement, and lead the Australian delegation.

Responsible for the management, preparation and coordination of the Through Life Support (TLS) solicitation for the Counter - Rocket, Artillery and Mortar capability. Duties included:- Coordination and clearance of Statements of Work for each specialist discipline (ILS, ENG, PM, Commercial and Financial)- Development of the Evaluation Plan- Management of all correspondence between DMO and prospective tenderers- Management of evaluation of offers to meet the TLS requirements

As the Senior Project Manager charged with delivering the Counter - Rocket, Artillery and Mortar (C-RAM) capability that provides a ‘Sense and Warn’ capability alerting friendly forces to incoming enemy rocket, artillery and mortar attacks in time for them to take defensive positions and increase their chance of survival in Tarin Kowt.Land 19 Phase 7A won the 2011 Australian Institute of Project Management (Victorian State Winner Category: Defence / Aerospace) and also won the overall Project of the Year for Victoria. Project was delivered on time and under budget.
