Led the full development, launch, and feature rollout for Ralph Lauren's inaugural full catalog Mobile App. resulting in over 1 million downloads and contributing 6.5% of total E-Commerce demand in its first year. Delivered innovative features that contributed to an app conversion rate that outperforms the webstore by 77 basis points and led to its inclusion in Apple’s top 10 shopping apps and top 50 overall apps. Expanded returns capabilities with multiple new warehouses across the US and Canada.

Led key North American and European projects for the Webstore, Order Management System (OMS), Omnichannel, and Payments capture for the Ralph Lauren e-Commerce sites. Enabled dramatic improvements to profitability, stability, and functionality through converting eCommerce platforms from a proprietary third-party hosted model to a Ralph Lauren-owned cloud-based solution using Salesforce Commerce Cloud and IBM Sterling OMS. Boosted sales, provided improved consumer flexibility, and optimized inventory use through new functionality including Ship-from-Store, Ship-to-Store, Buy Online Pickup in Store, new payment options, expansion to new markets and currencies, and customizable product offerings.

Led key Company Webstore, Fulfillment / Warehouse, and Supply Chain projects for Comoto Holdings, the parent company of RevZilla, Cycle Gear, J&P Cycles, and REVER.

Led the newly formed Independent Software Vendors (ISV) channel for CardConnect. Created the engagement methodology, structure, and governance processes for managing full-lifecycle implementations. Developed the roadmap and associated processes to provide desired functionality to the marketplace and maximize value to clients. Supervised the launch of company’s newest platform for Point-to-Point Encrypted payment capture.

Led software development and platform management for the global eCommerce platform for Toys R Us, through an outsourcing relationship with eBay. Previously, led the division of eBay Enterprise associated with all technical components required to launch webstore, fulfillment, customer service, and reporting functions for new customers. Owned project delivery, P&L, staffing, client relations, and development for project processes / methodologies. Recommend technology solutions to increase site traffic and customer conversation.

Served as Director in the formation of a new service offering for TEKsystems. Defined the service offering in partnership with the VP, Sales. Owned responsibility for delivery of this national offering, and managed projects to a 100% successful completion rate (time and budget).

Served as Director of Professional Services for the Philadelphia office of Maxim Group Business Services, a new application outsourcing offering for Maxim Group (later TEKsystems). Owned responsibility for all delivery activities under the overall direction of the Vice President, Delivery. Managed projects to a 100% successful completion rate, and led this office to be the most profitable services office nationally.
