I have been more than 4 years in design engineer and 1 year in project management experience. I worked in Uniwill Technology as a hardware engineer from 2021 up to present. I have a thorough understanding of designing and developing circuit board such as notebook Motherboard and Daughterboard. I have been mostly involved collaborating with other function teams to analyze and solve issues such as blue screen issue. I have also been superior at validating functionality and test performance on the NB systems. Also, I need to lead my team to the right direction of debugging. And to lead how to do the validation test. Such as which HW/SW configuration might be suitable for HDMI validation.And I also worked for Compal electronic from 2017 to 2020. 2 years in Hardware Dep. And 1 year in Project Management Dep. When I was in PM department, my job responsibilities are engagement with customer to plan the project schedule and risk assessment. Tracking project issue status and check priority. Such as when system connected to HDMI device, the device screen will flick. This might be the top issue and if R/D is debugging or not. And I have to co-work with factory side from arrange SMT to system assembly, even to the shipment. Also, I have to handle any feedback from customers after mass production such as why my notebook can’t charge or why the speaker sounds strange sometimes etc.When I was in HW department, my job responsibilities include signal measurement and function validation and certification tests. Like USB, HDMI, DP, Thunderbolt signal measure and certification. And I have to support SMT and systems assembly in factory. Such as if the first motherboard came out and could not be boost, then we need to debug and fix it as soon as possible.As I mentioned above, due to I worked for ODM as an engineer and project manager. That I’m familiar with the ecosystem of notebook manufacturing. From designing, manufacturing, debugging, and shipping. Even the working model between the ODM, OEM, and IHV. All of these knowledges are my strength. And these help me do my job more smoothly.
