Supported the senior litigator in estate guardianship, two corporate attorneys in M&A and emerging markets, and all visiting principals visiting the New York office weekly.Coordinated attorney recruiting for the New York office which lead to the finding and hiring of senior counsel who transitioned from China to our NY office bringing a client base of $850,000.Performed general office management daily as needed.

Assisted two international partners and a senior associate in matters relating to media law, M&A, asset securitization and international trade law. Also assisted the Recruiting Coordinator and the Marketing Manager.Coordinated the submission of SEC filings for several clients which amounted to a savings of $1,200+ billable hours per month;(At the request of my supervising attorney I transitioned with her from GREENBERG TRAURIG to BAKER & McKENZIE in February 2001.)
