• As the member of APAC TA CoE team, responsible for full cycle of hiring process- Independently responsible for Retail, Security and Fire business hiring in Mainland China, including sales, R&D, operation and supporting function etc.- Independently responsible for Taiwan’s hiring- Support HVAC related business hiring- Support Corporate hiring on Finance and Procurement function• Provide market intelligence to BU management teams for hiring strategy and hiring plan set up• Manage head-hunter channel to fulfill critical positions• As the member of TA operation team, cooperation with global team to optimize and simplify hiring process• Support other TA projects, Campus recruiting, new plant hiring, internal referral, wechat promotion etc.
