I have always been a curious person and I have always taken an interest in hearing people’s story regardless of if they were happy or sad. I have always been someone to rely on and confide in while going through a personal problem. I have always been quick to analyze emotions, listen and provide advice. So, it adds up that I studied Sociology in university. I find a lot of my strengths stem from my experiences in working in the hospitality industry. I like working with others, solving problems, and optimizing performance growth with each new hire. I have been working as a front desk agent for over three years, with a recent promotion to a manager position due to my reliability, critical thinking skills, leadership, professionalism, and strong worth ethic.I have experiences that have strengthened and shaped my skills when looking at guest related issues. I take the appropriate steps to necessary to come to a solution of the problem. I have been trained to work through guest problems using a step-by-step protocol which consisted of understanding the problem, problem-handling, problem-solving and solution or recovery from situation.
