Since graduating with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor, I’ve been involved with technology. I started my career teaching computer operating systems to customers who purchased our computers and accounting systems. I learned about client service and support while I did a deep dive into how computers work. By understanding these fundamentals, it makes it easier to learn new systems. I joined Manulife in 1999 in a technical analyst role, and spent over 21 years as a team lead and Director. Fast forward a few years, I have added many different systems and applications to my knowledge base. I love working with technology, especially CRM systems integral to any office. Technology helps me be more productive so I can spend time with friends & family and pursue other hobbies less technical. I’m happy to be joining The Personal Coach and sharing and working with advisors and their teams.
