In my position as an Application Support Specialist at Gordon College, I devote much of my time to making sure that issues with campus technology are resolved quickly and efficiently. I have had the chance to work on a proprietary full-stack eCommerce website, a web application for managing 1000+ network systems on-site, and hundreds of other integrations / automations.After a malware incident in October of 2021, I had the unique opportunity to jump in with our network systems team as a short-term Systems Administrator and rebuild our entire network/server infrastructure, which consists of 30+ switches, 15 physical hosts, 180+ virtual servers, an Active Directory Domain, and more. Since then, I have been welcomed on many networking projects and have acquired experience in both of those technical facets of the IT world.
