With over 25 years of commercial experience, I've seen first-hand how disputes and conflict can destroy commercial relationships, and drag focus away from key areas of operation and growth.That’s why I’m building a mediation practice to help people resolve conflict and rebuild relationships.I have co-founded a number of companies, including the winner of the 2012 Sunday Times Fast Track 100, The Genuine Gemstone Company (now called Gemporia)During this time I’ve scaled operations for growth, negotiated acquisitions and divestments, created international joint ventures and transitioned Gemporia to employee ownership.Alongside my mediation focus, I work part-time as a non-executive director at Gemporia, as a co-founder at bar & restaurant app start-up Revuie and as an independent trustee for the Employee Ownership Trust at Warwick Ward Machinery.
