After 8 years of my time in this industry, i come to realise that the things i value have change over time. Beginning of my career, my sole goal is to build my income and achieve my career goals. After few years, i realise that the biggest impact to me is when i manage to help client make claim and ease their financial worries.In one particular case of one my customer whereby her daughter of 3 years old suffer from liver tumour.This was out of the blue as there’s no genetic history in their family. Her father was lucky enough able to discover a hard substance when press against the stomache.Worries and suspicious, So quickly he send her daughter to hospital for check up. Who would have thought the report result show liver tumour and needed to be treated immediately.My client was shell shocked. At this moment all their focus is making sure their daughter is able recover from this without worrying about anything else. Her daughter need go through a series of chemotherapy treatment with prolong follow up. At such young age, is hard to watch. At the same time, i did my best to make sure all claim was done smoothly and swiftly. Throughout this event, i realise how important my duty to make sure all medical fees is the least of concern for my client at that juncture.To be able to give that feeling to my client is the moment i treasure the most. This is what it give the greatest meaning in my career. Is what keep me going and strive to give my best service to my client!
