Memstill* Pilot plant is a Pilot Desalination Project for KSES with our overseas counterpart KSBe (Keppel Seghers Belgium). The plant is located in the northern part of Singapore in the Senoko Incineration Plant. The technology used for this desalination process boasted an effluent quality better than NEWater. I started the project from the infant stage and managed the project till the end of pilot testing in April 2007. My job scope entailed the M&E Installation, Project Scheduling, Negotiations with contractors and clients, and Lead T&C Engineer.
