Primarily I work within a team to create, market and deliver customized private and public training programs and individual Webinars and onsite training on the Cortellis suite of products. I am a Kundalini Yoga Teacher who also holds a Hatha Yoga Certification with over 700 hours of education. Kundalini Yoga is a very wholistic type of yoga that focuses mainly on the glandular and neurological systems of the body. It integrates physical postures and movement, meditation, breathing techniques, chanting, relaxation, focus and more to connect the body, mind and spirit. I play the harmonium, singing bowls and the gong incorporating the healing benefits of vibration and sound into classes.

I worked closely with customers to help them connect with their established and potential customers through traditional and word of mouth social media marketing.

Responsible for customer support for customers and those trialing CBD products. Also created and delivered in-person and online training programs to users and crafted all user guides.

Worked as a liaison between the editorial department at Gower and the marketing department at Lippincott to ensure accurate exchanges of information regarding books published in the UK.
