In this role, I lead cross-functional & cross-program integration and project management of non-recurring development efforts. Detailed tasks are described below:> Point of contact within Payload Accommodation (PLA) department with thorough understanding of the project scope, requirements and project execution plan & status> Responsibility for project execution including technical, cost, and schedule performance> Maintaining Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) status and providing Cost Account Management (CAM) support to the PLA CAM> Establishing and maintaining recurring communication and integration across the individual PLA teams as well as other enterprise teams assisting with PLA led projects> Providing recurring status and maintaining key metrics for development projects in support of the PLA business rhythm > Coordinating and facilitating Major Program Reviews, Technical Decision Meetings, Cost Control Boards, and technical reviews (as required)> Engaging in coordination between PLA and other teams across the ULA enterprise to maintain system level awareness > Providing guidance, coaching and mentoring as an expert in the areas of integration and project management> Establishing and maintaining internal PLA processes, tools and best practices for execution of development projects> Driving consistency in the execution of the many development efforts within PLA

> Drive key program reviews such as PDR, CDR, DCR on the Amazon Kuiper payload accommodation scope.> Accountable for passing program milestones and successful project execution.> Manage project scope: develop and certify a payload adapter, payload fairing, and associated ground support equipment to support the Amazon Kuiper launch program. > Lead technical, schedule and cost risk associated with the project scope> Oversee requirement development, validation and verification> Supervise test plan for qualification of the hardware> Provide status to senior leadership during business management reviews, program management reviews> Coordinate business rhythm with multidisciplinary teams to provide regular status on the project> Define and request funding source from program managers to enable project work and procurement

> Develop and manage launch vehicle to spacecraft electrical interface requirements and verifications.> Define launch vehicle electrical interface designs to meet unique spacecraft interface requirements. Designs include Avionics hardware components (e.g. commanding capability, emergency detection notification, in-flight power) and/or harnessing> Coordinate with other Electrical Engineering disciplines for the design implementation of electrical interfaces> Support program office integration/management/customer meetings as well as all program reviews presenting status and design details> Develop and maintain schedules and perform other program management functions> Work with internal and external customers> Verify software requirements and functionality> Evaluate mission critical circuits for compatibility> Release mission specific/unique test requirements> Review test procedures to ensure all mission unique electrical requirements are met> Provide day of launch support

Key Accomplishments:• Provide leadership and direction to Safran and Boeing dedicated technical teams.• Establish APU test schedule and strategy from Development to Certification.• Interface directly with the Boeing customer to provide insightful feedback.• Requirement Validation and Decomposition for aero-performance and test workshares.• Develop APU thermodynamics model with PROOSIS (object-oriented software) to connect with SIMULINK.• Manage deliverables required for RFP and Design Concept Review (DCR) for Aero/Performance and Test topics.Role details: > Engine Aero-Performance:• Coordinate APU sizing activities to ensure engine design/architecture is optimized to meet power, durability, operability, size and noise requirements. • Challenge the specifications by providing trade studies and helping the customer tailor requirements.• Validate and decompose requirements for engine Aero-Performance related topics in internal specification.• Develop risk mitigation plan for engine Aero-Performance related topics (air distortion, compartment cooling, noise).• Create thermodynamics model of the APU and link it with SIMULINK to build a real-time engine model and support an MBSE approach with customer systems. > Engine Test Planning:• Coordinate overall compliance strategy for APU risk mitigation and certification tests (TSO-C77b, 14 CFR 25, ETOPS, RTCA/DO-160G).• Determine list of tests required for development along with test objectives and pass/fail criteria.• Establish test schedule and define the number of engines, test cells, resources, and budget.• Validate and decompose requirements for test and certification related topics in internal specification.

Key Accomplishments:• Analyzed the root cause of engine performance issues during flight tests and suggested procedure changes.• Provided leadership to a team of instrumentation engineers to select air data sensors accuracy to satisfy customer specifications on engine performance.• Developed the methodology to incorporate test data into the engine performance model allowing to build a matched model based on test results.Role details:• Oversaw the flight tests of the Silvercrest engine coordinating with multidisciplinary technical teams.• Authored test procedures based upon customer requirements, risk assessments and defining test programming.• Monitored engine performance, operability, and control system behavior with MATLAB model during tests.• Provided technical guidance for test technicians to ensure the integrity of test setup and instrumentation.

Key Accomplishments:• Developed methodology utilizing MS Project to track status, milestone achievement, budgets and deliverables.Role details:• Led an engineering team comprising 8 members responsible for supporting performance, operability, and test activities for the Silvercrest Engine Project.• Partnered with client stakeholders to establish requirements.• Defined project priorities, work breakdown structure, schedule, and budget.• Presented status reports to clients and senior management.

Key Accomplishments:• Developed a FORTRAN tool to monitor aircraft engine performance during ground tests.Role details:• Achieved multiple optimization studies on aircraft engine through thermodynamics and control system models.• Wrote test procedure and monitored the Silvercrest engine ground tests.

> Provided technical and managerial support on four turnkey projects that replaced 5MW generator sets using 501-KB7 Rolls Royce turbomachines on combined heat and power installations.> Participated in operation planning.> Collaborated with customers, sub-contractors, suppliers and Centrax engineers to ensure procurement and safety on operation sites.> Visited sites and assisted field service engineers for replacement and installation phases.
