The IT Services Specialist functions as an agile team leader reporting to the Director IT Services Delivery. The value of this role is to ensure Make, Ship and Sell activities remain a primary focus. • Lead the team to ensure quality of service delivery focusing on; o Incidents o Requestso Dashboard reviews o Situational awareness of team members o Balancing workloads to avoid failures • Validate plant hardware and software purchases. • Seek automation and process improvements opportunities. • Ownership of asset lifecycle management with Service-Now. • Provide budget Insights (Get local data to drive global projects) • Situational awareness of business technology and OT needs.• Frequently review and validate support cards (i.e. Knowledge Base) to ensure usability.• Analyzing incident data to identify trends affecting productivity and solving them (automation opportunities). • Endorse the use of emerging and current business technologies as adopted by Agropur. Other Duties and Responsibilities:• May have contact with third party vendors or subcontractors.• Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices.• Safety Protocolo Stop any observed unsafe acts, and obey facility safety rules and procedures.o Correct or report any observed safety hazards.o Support safety policies and programs
