Current- Drive orders growth for End Users, EPCs, Licensors across the entire Business Unit.- Keep the focus into the critical few by applying the global strategy, in terms of bidding process, prioritization, cross functional support, and technology selection- Offer the best customized solution, by applying the optimum sizing, design and cost.Key Roles & Responsibilities- Handling client enquiries for non-standard solution, all regions- Following the bidding process till project Hand Over to the Operation Group- Perform process sizing calculations for design of equipment which includes product selection, unit conversions, use of internal process calculation tools.- Preparation of proposals, clarifications, deviations, value proposition with Sales, costing estimate of firm with the sourcing Division.- Use DBS mindset for continuous improvement, optimize and drive standard work- Ensure risk management contribution for all projects
