I had to make the link with the actions already carried out at the global level of Bayer and the solutions in France to set up an experimentation program in 2023, in the field.Main tasks:- Identify the transformation solutions available in France. - Structure the digitalization process of Field Solutions France activities (network, ratings, applications, data collection...).-Identify the transformation acceleration levers for the actions carried out by Field Solutions France.- Prepare the action plan for the next years (2022 - 2028) on Bayer innovation sites in France.
