SOX Conformity- Sarbanes-Oxley(SOX) Quality Assurance- Verify (Audit) SOX compliance for multiple Business Units (France, Sweden, US, Canada, UK)- Create/update training materials for BU training- Train BU’s on methodology for SOX control testing- Coordinate SOX testing for head office- Respond to external and internal auditor queries for financial applications- Guide BU’s in remediation activities where necessary

- Audits , Compliance and Security Coordination- Receive Audit reports, review and prepare responses or challenges to said report- Coordinate post audit action plans- Manage/Develop security related processes- Manage SOX standard implementations- Manage operational telecom services

Coordinate incidents affecting major services. - Prepare monthly reports of incidents- Manage incident bridges- Participate in post incident meetings- Send out Notifications during incidents- Document newly supported services
