I am a recent Human Resources Management major graduate of Central Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. I was involved on-campus through the CMU chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), and have passed the SHRM-CP certification exam. I possess a well-rounded skillset between my classes and work experience. Through a focus on technical and mathematical courses alongside business courses such as information systems, I have a strong foundation of knowledge for Excel, SAP, and mathematical systems in general.My leadership and desire for growth at Securitas Security Services was recognized in a role as a Security Supervisor, and I gained firsthand experience with team management and logistic decision making. I volunteered for Toontown Rewritten for multiple years, a gaming organization with over 2,000,000 registered users, where I worked within a large team department to problem solve complex game issues. As the leader of the game's communication forum, I wrote up application questions and interviewed applicants. With my unique background in different workplace roles, I am eager to jump into the HR field and achieve results.
