After Nokia's aquisition of Withings in 2016, The teams are now integreated in Nokia Digital Health department as a part of Nokia Technologies. The aim is to accelerate Withings innovations in the Digital Health space.As part of the finance department and in daily work with the Sales and Marketing teams in Europe, Asia and Americas:- Implementation of the Marketing Financial and internal Control (Purchasing process, budget building and follow-up, ROI analysis...)- Weekly follow-up of the worldwide turnover: weekly and monthly Sales reporting per geographical zone and channel, landing estimate and financial support to the Forescast team.- Day to Day support to the accounting and operationnal teams on several subjects (Supplier accounting, purchase orders process, contracts...).- Participation to the 2018 Sales & Marketing strategic plan: Sales targets per country, per channel (Offline/Online, Direct Sales/Retail…) with the associated Marketing plan (investment plan per nature of Marketing investment).- Participation to diverse other projects within the team.

In charge of the partnership with Air France: Implementation of a French Tech corner in the Air France lounge at Boston Logan Airport.

As part of Total Nordic, gathering the activities of the 5 Nordic countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Iceland) and for a 9 months mission:- Participated in the Cost Reduction plan launched by the TOTAL group in 2014, with a particular focus on Fixed Expenses (2013 to 2015 analysis).- Followed-up of the Total Nordic fixed costs: 4 local currencies and a reporting in US Dollars (Implementation of a tool to improve the monthly closures reporting). Calculated the monthly accruals, provisions and prepaid expenses to book and produced various analysis to the management.- Participated to the Budget 2016 for the Fixed Costs.- Followed-up the updates of Total Nordic procedures.

As part of a small team, I was in charge of several aspects of the activity:‐ Managed the accounting of TOTAL E&P Golfe (a TOTAL group affiliate in the UAE):Accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management. Made the monthly and yearly closures and worked with the auditors.‐ Built the budget of the TOTAL representative office in the UAE (27 MUSD) in coordination with the different teams and the Head Office in Paris (and followed it up during the year).‐ Participated in the 4C&D (Compete Costs, Change Culture and Deliver) launched by the TOTAL group in 2014 by producing various analysis to the management (especially on personnel costs) and suggesting cost reduction initiatives to reach the financial goals given by the Head Office.‐ Implemented a shared HR‐Finance tool to automatically calculate personnel cost based on the HR updated manpower forecast.

Reporting to the Finance Department Internal control Manager: ‐ Rolled out the Accounting Control guide from the Head Office ‐ a set of Key control indicators to put in place in all the CA‐CIB affiliates. ‐ As part of the new accounting IT system implementation, wrote different synthesis notes on parts of the project. ‐ Followed‐up the CA‐CIB Internal Audit recommendations on the Financial Department.

Reporting to the Global Equity & Fund Derivatives Internal control Manager, processed various controls on the Front Office and built a report on the trading floor costs.

Reporting to the Exploration Financial control Manager:‐ Budgeted and followed up the costs of the Head office support work for the Affiliates (in collaboration with the teams in Paris and in the different TOTAL entities in the world) for a defined perimeter inside the Exploration.‐Participated in the consolidation of the Exploration Financial control (by producing various reports and dashboards on the RFS and the department costs).
