ISV Business Development EMEAAssigned to design and develop sales processes including definition of roles, steps, milestones, artifacts, deliverables, and success criteria for the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Business Development Sales team. As part of this development process, I investigated and learned areas of Design Framework specific to Oracle (ecal), Business Architecture, Process Management. The end product(s) were an internal process designated P4S (Partner for Success) and a Phased Sales Methodology.In addition, I was part of a team that was involved in business development for emerging technologies (AI/ML, IoT, and Blockchain) throughout EMEA. We focused on named new and established ISV’s in Western Europe, and Africa in order to understand their business and to help support and drive business success.

– ISV Sales AfricaThe essence of the 3 years was actually a blend of technology consulting, system architecture and business development. The focus was Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (both IaaS and PaaS) and transformational technologies (So called Digital Transformation).As this is a dynamic and developing area, the products included Blockchain, IoT, AI/ML, Digital Assistants (Chatbots) I was also involved in technical business development managing: Oracle Priority Cloud Account (PCA) - identifying priority accounts and applications and working with both the business and technical resources to drive these to market; development and definition of a Partner-to-Production (P2P) process - wherein the roles, stages, steps and deliverables were defined and specified in order to drive better market consumption.
