Freedom on two wheels. LYTE was set up to create more vibrant cities through unlocking social, environmental, & economic freedoms. It achieved this through an easy to access monthly subscription for electric bikes.

Supported the development of sales and marketing strategy with a focus on developing partnerships in the mobility space.

Generation.e was set up with the mission to inspire transformation to smarter mobility for the creation of better connected and sustainable societies.

Advising the founder on possible growth strategies for a creative way to get more people trying EVs

Seeing the opportunity and need to introduce electric vehicles into Dubai, I worked towards the launch of the first electric and hybrid car sharing club in the Middle East.

Led the ‘Crowdfunding for Solar Wineries Project’. Researched how crowdfunding can be applied to an existing Tala Energy 180kWp solar project within a winery in Portugal, and scaled out to wineries across Europe. Created a project finance model to understand how a combination of rewards and monetary based returns could provide the winery with access to lower cost of finance and additional benefits such as acquisition of new customer base and increased brand awareness, image, and loyalty. Organised and hosted an end of project roundtable with participants coming from UK Government and Industry.

Assisted the management team in reviewing the strategy of Marketing, HR, Operations, and Finance.Implemented new pricing strategy which increased company revenue by 21% resulting in £140,000 profit increase over an 8 month period. Produced a consultancy report for management based on observations in all areas of the company.Contributed in day-to-day office activities including phone customer service, cold calling, and research.

Worked on a European Union funded project 'Green and Digital Business'. Constructed a model using information from Defra Green House Gas Conversion Factor table to help new businesses calculate the carbon emission released as a result of operations. Developed further analytical and modelling skills in excel.
