CurrentI am an IT Manager in OpsTech Solutions, the field IT organization that supports fulfillment of customer orders on amazon.com.♦ Customer obsessed, working backward from customer challenges to deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.♦ Manage team of 20 individual contributors assigned across multiple sites. We provide IT support and project implementation for an Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Center, Large/Heavy/Bulky Fulfillment Center, Amazon Robotics Sortation Center, Large/Heavy/Bulky Sortation Center and 3 delivery stations.♦ Technical leadership of Engineer II, Engineer I, Support Associate and Equipment Coordinator roles, including interviewing and hiring, scheduling, communicating performance expectations, facilitating growth and development, recognition, promotions, policy compliance, and performance management.♦ Align team goals and actions to regional and national organization kingpin goals. Manage competing priorities of customer driven projects, IT driven projects, and preventive maintenance across our sites, making trade-offs when necessary, to maximize the team's delivery while protecting the team from being over committed.♦ Collaborate across IT teams/sites in the MN-IA-ND-SD region, escalating with central technology teams as needed to successfully complete projects and remove barriers for internal customers and my team.
