I manage the service portfolio and ensure it aligns with the company's overall strategy and objectives. I develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure service performance and drive continuous improvement.I collaborate with other departments, such as sales, engineering, and product development, to ensure that services are delivered effectively and efficiently. I communicate with customers and partners to understand their service needs and provide regular updates on service delivery. I identify and manage service-related risks and issues and implement appropriate actions to mitigate them. I ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
