Consulting with a growing environmental services company in need of workflow and data collection changes in their shipping and receiving operations. Implemented changes to their Sage MAS 200 business accounting system to improve order entry through invoicing. Implementing integrated bar-code inventory to automate shipping/receiving to improve customer satisfaction and reduce errors in invoicing and ultimately improve collections.

Designed, programmed and implemented 'Contraxx' contract management software application. Features include: subcontract management & creation, prime contract compliance tracking, contract modification & Federal contract line item accounting, and vendor information tracking. Provided training and support to end users.
