This includes morning calls, 1-2-1s, proofing designs as well as creative and Adobe app support.

I participated in a weekly youth work project in Gateshead called Dads & Lads. The project reaches out to young fathers from the Teams area and other lower demographic areas, the project allows a place for new fathers to relieve the daily pressure of their situation. Me and the project leader planned out various activities each week for the young fathers, such as DJ lessons, sports outings and life skills. It was always important to understand and connect with each of the members of the group. Due to strict budgets we needed to think creatively to cater for all those who partook in the group and worked strategically to secure future funding.http://gywop.org
