As an Account Management Executive at Saatchi SG I was responsible for maintaining the relationship between the particular account client and the agency. This involved regular contact with clients through; email, phone and face-to-face. In this period I aided the planning an execution for the release of 4 different products by one client in one quarter.Fast paced environment, which demanded quality and accuracy. Communicating within the three main sectors of the agency, always ensuring fluency of transferring information. Working both solely and in a team.Added to working in accounts, time was also spent within the planning department. During this period I developed articles for blogs and researched the market to produce creative ideas briefs. My time was also spent being involved in both regional and global pitches, where I was required to have an input on the particular subject discussed.

As Duty Manager I was solely responsible for the sports centre when working, this involved the opening, closing and site check of the buildings. Added to this I was required to make all the executive decisions with regards to staff and customers. Working with a variety of customers I set up all equipment in accordance with bookings including; managing the booking of sessions and handling cash.
