Hey! I’m Ben. I’m a software engineer at JPMorgan Chase in Columbus, Ohio, and also am a musician and (very) amateur woodworker.Until a few years ago, I was a professional trombonist and music educator. I got the chance to study in college with some amazing musicians, played in great ensembles, and taught all ages - from beginners in inner-city Cleveland to adjunct professor of a college low brass studio. However, in searching for something that would give more stability for my wife and I, I chose to embark on a new career path and started in software development. I went through the Tech Elevator bootcamp and then started with JPMC shortly after.
