Not only is he great at solving problems that cause friction for the team + company, but he is an excellent communicator. Every time he would improve something, he would communicate the changes to the engineering org with demonstrations of how to take advantage of changes. He was involved in a couple incident resolutions, and played key parts in solving these issues. He identified root causes, looped in stakeholders, and tested and confirmed fixes. On top of all these already impressive aspects, his regular day to day sprint work was also excellent. He was consistently delivering high quality work, at pace and often faster than the full time developers around him. All of his work at Wave gained him a very high degree of visibility and trust among peers. Most folks were shocked to find out that he was only a coop. I have no doubt in my mind that he will accomplish amazing things in his career. "
