I loved leading a team of L&D Partners that supported the learning & development of the British Gas Smart Energy Experts and their management teams. I looked after the training and development needs for the Outbound Sales channel of British Gas Energy. I worked across a multi site base with both internal and outsource centres covering training for the full employee life cycle.
