Current• Strategic leadership, long range planning, and oversight of daily operations and technology enablers• Development and optimization of new and existing products and services• Responsible for developing and executing organizational vision, operational and technology strategy, helping to drive organization structure based on specializations, core competencies, organizational capabilities, sales strategy, and resource development/training• Development of strategic and tactical vendor relationships• Oversight, governance and strategic management of service offerings including managed services offerings, cloud services, and professional services• Sponsorship and oversight of several digital transformation initiatives, ranging from operations and operational efficiency, automation, organizational structure, tools and automation, etc. • Management of the financial performance of the company and it’s operating and capital budgets• Leadership and coaching of leadership and their staff, creating a positive organizational culture• Application of ITSM (ITIL) frameworks and methodologies to improve products and services, optimize and automate service provisioning and service delivery, and improve customer satisfaction • Oversight and development of organization policies and procedures governing efficient and repeatable client engagement, requirements gathering, estimates/scope, design, and customer onboarding.
