To represent policing needs within the programme in the development and implementation of new digital public contact services, through the universal policing website Single Online Home.Define requirements to support business, force and user needs and validate these through a whole development process, advocating on behalf of these stakeholders and offering expert advice to bridge gaps in understanding, whilst simultaneously identifying risks and opportunities.To support with the integration of new services within force, working with business analysts to understand the 'as is' position and working them towards the ideal 'to be' scenario. This includes supporting the integration of live chat messaging services within police force control rooms, helping to translate operational models into 'best fit' configurations of the platform and provide best practice around usage, training and performance analysis, all towards providing the best experience for members of the public.Develop communication strands across national policing bodies within subject types, including the Home Office, NPCC, College of Policing and other agencies. Engage with related bodies, such as charities, specialist agencies and businesses to establish a broader understanding as well as integrating wider needs within the programme.
