• Data mining, research & analysis, ad hoc reports, resolution tactics and presentation as requested • Invoice proofreading, processing and tracking of payments • Open accounts review, A/R, collection calls and allocation of funds• Invoice GL and cost center coding, accounts review and credit/debit distribution , assist in internal/external audits • Routine withholding maintenance and yearly1099 process• Purchase order exemption resolution and requisition review, duplicate report resolution, data loads of batch files, resolution and re-installment of corrected files • Assist in training and provide support to team members, internal associates and external groups/individuals in a one on one or classroom environment. • Assist in the development and implementation of training manuals, instruction guides and resource direction• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with management and external customers • Customer service hotline, filing (paper and digital). Position required strong technical knowledge of Oracle's PeopleSoft Financials and Sourcenet's Catalyst systems.
