Reporting to the CEO, I am responsible for providing leadership, management and vision necessary by ensuring the SACCO has well enhanced operational controls,effective performance management system, administrative and reporting procedures in order to effectively grow the organization and ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

• Compliance and Credit risk management-safeguarding the company credit policy and procedures. Chairing of branch credit committee, Enforcement of credit administration policy, security perfection, security withdrawal, safe custody, insurance claims, loan documentation and filing• Relationship management-Managing relationships and service delivery to formal institutions, SME’s, Agribusiness clients, investment clubs, SACCO and trade finance portfolio• Business growth &development-Growing and maintaining a high quality loan portfolio enhanced by a quality customer relationship management. Active participation in the development and establishment of new sustainable partnerships/M.O.U’s in the market (marketing).• Reporting-Timely preparation of periodic monitoring and evaluation reports on credit activities in ensuring an excellent tracking in portfolio growth and quality.• Formulation of a feasible strategy for the branch and the credit department.
