● Founded UX chapter in the organization and help found the tools and processes that is thriving today, rebuilt the UX hiring process including reducing the UX excerise down to a few hours from the original 10-12 hours. ● Architected and helped create multiple major systems and features that are core features, including our creator-facing software, and created the core foundation of IMB, our market-wide analysis feature. Built the systems using Vue, VueX, PHP, MySQL, SailsJS.● Primary DRI and mentor for Vue, VueX, SCSS, UX and our user-facing components. I built many of these features end-to-end, building the APIs in PHP and Node.JS, communication with our vendors using REST APIs, and the front-end using Vue, and VueX.● Led the resolution of major tech debt and performance issues. Improved API calls from 10-15s to 4-1s, and overhauled our Vue and JS unit and integration tests, resolving frustrating false-negatives, slow test runs, and removing over 400 warnings, which led to greatly improved performance, reliability, and reduced countless hours of lost time for the whole team.
