I began my career by obtaining a 4-year ARMY ROTC scholarship to The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina. I graduated in 2014, with a Bachelor’s of Exercise Science. I commissioned into the United States Army in 2014 and began my basic officer leadership course at the Logistics Leaders College. It is here that I was trained to apply effective production and operations strategies to any organization. I served by utilizing quality management practices in all levels of an organization. I have the keen ability to apply inventory control to manage inventories in various settings. I understand the impact of contemporary operations, manufacturing organizational approaches, and supply chain management activities. I can plan and schedule an effective maintenance program by evaluating the data to devise efficient decisions for maintenance optimization, safety, and quality assurance concepts. In the organizations I have served, I demonstrated professional and ethical communications. I can effectively communicate with interpersonal skills and develop effective written and verbal presentations. I also possess the skill to deliver professional presentations utilizing multimedia to varied audiences. I am a variable thinking Leader that knows how to employ planning and decision-making strategies. I develop and manage effective work teams by applying motivational approaches to team building, leading to cooperative and effective team members. After Logistics Leaders College, in 2016 I completed a rigorous course to become an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technician. This gave me expert technical knowledge on functionalized procedures and methods on a variety of explosive ordnance operations. I am able to submit technical data reports and develop operational plans as it pertains to associated hazards that need to be mitigated. Along with being able to employ explosively actuated tools, gear and techniques to render safe any explosive safety hazard. I am a highly motivated, energetic and a team concept oriented individual. I have the necessary skills very few have come to appreciate over the years. I think critically, listen actively, solve complex problems under pressure and have an eye for attention to detail.I currently found a new home with Vaughn & Melton- a JMT Company, conducting Fleet Management.
