During the 7 1/2 years that I worked at EDF Energy in this role, I gained valuable experience working within both Residential Customer Service and the SME/commercial teams. This comprised a variety of roles, initially in a Customer Service environment focussing on query handling. Following my experience in the initial phase of the Customer Journey, I moved to handling more sensitive topics such as advanced debt and escalated complaint handling. This led to developing my communicative skill and finding my next role at EDF in a coaching role on a secondment basis.
