Creating an invitational Rugby 7s side for past and present University of Bristol RFC players. In our first season we have been able to enter teams into tournaments such as BUCS, Amsterdam 7s, Bournemouth, and Madagascar.

Supporting on offer holder and University Open Days with taster classes, Q&As, and Year Abroad talks

- Set up careers mentoring scheme between current club members and alumni, partnering mentors and mentees based on experience level and career goals.

- Ensured no drop in membership during covid with initiatives such as reducing membership costs, virtual social events, and co-hosting numerous webinars for over 70 club members.- Helped with organisation and running of freshers trials and the selection of new club members.- Liaising with senior club management and University Sports staff for day-to-day running of club.

First committee to utilise paid promotion on Instagram, leading to a 300% increase in engagement on our virtual open day post. Created informative YouTube videos for current and prospective members, reaching over 12,000 views on our accommodation tips video.
