My proudest achievement is having built up and managed a successful business through passion and hard work. I have a passion for movement, exercise and a healthy-lifestyle which I am happy to have turned into my profession. l I have a proven track-record of client relationship management and business development.I am a classically trained Pilates Instructor, a Personal Trainer and a qualified AIS Practioner (Active Isolated Stretching). I have been teaching Pilates since 2011 and have worked in several renowned studios across London and Oxford.Since then I have acquired a wealth of experience in teaching people with various abilities and physical conditions, ranging from the super-elite to the inactive and/or overweight, young (pre-teens) to elderly (65+) as well as pre/post-op patients for spinal, hip and knee surgeries. I teach private sessions and group sessions in Pilates studios, as well as at people's home and workplace.My aim is to teach those people how to move better by offering an alternative approach to what is widely available and considered to be the benchmark of physical fitness. I continue to broaden my knowledge into the areas of exercise, physiology, anatomy, nutrition, and various body-mind systems.
