• Expedite credit union core processing conversions so that timelines are met, ensuring that credit unions are prepared to complete conversion and move to new account processing system on the agreed upon deadline.

• Collaborate with third-party vendors to manage relationships; assuring that online banking software passes encrypted personal information between online banking system and third-party vendor through a single sign-on.
• Oversee timeline with internal and external stakeholders to establish various parts of online banking are able to link together on previously determined date.
• Educate clients and peers on processes and procedures that assist with navigation of online banking platform; provide oversight on commitment requests to ensure understanding of project scopes.
