Working extensively with Principal Financial Group’s Sourcing and Supply Management (SSM) contracts, my duties include coding contracts for on-boarding, conducting mass edits to improve overall data accuracy, and daily monitoring of new contracts that need to be entered into SSM’s database. I am also played a major role in the department’s Corporate Blueprint and Bid Analysis projects.

In my role with NRI I implemented a variety of marketing and communication strategies designed to contribute to the organization's bottom line. I also worked to enhance the companies' brand and product potential by implementing consistent visual and written messaging and expand the organization's digital and direct mail reach.

Mechdyne is a high tech company specializing in 3D visualization for pre-production and research testing.As Marketing Supervisor for Mechdyne, I was responsible for a broad range of marketing strategies, and activities, including: the annual marketing plan; web and social media presence; customer demonstrations and trade shows; lead generation and prospect nurturing; public relations; sales team support collateral; and internal and external branding. I supervised and managed the internal Marketing team, as well as a number of outside contractors.

As Relationship Director I was responsible for organizational fund raising, community outreach and relationship building.

My responsibilities with the Advancement staff of WRS included individual and corporate fundraising, special events, planned gifts, grant writing, and public outreach.

As Development Associate for the Central Iowa Chapter of the American Red Cross I wrote and managed numerous direct mail campaigns, special events, solicited individual and corporate gifts, and served as the chapter's grant writer.
