I am a partner in the Commercial Disputes team. I have considerable experience in both commercial litigation and arbitration, advising on a broad range of disputes including, amongst others, banking and finance sector, fraud, professional negligence and company commercial disputes. I also have a particular focus on corporate/regulatory investigations, including directors duties and related actions. I assist clients across a broad range of industry sectors and act for a number of quoted and unquoted companies, public bodies and other institutions. Much of my experience includes cross-border or international issues and proceedings in other jurisdictions, acting both for and against foreign parties. I regularly handle large and complex cases before the High Court and Court of Appeal, as well as before the Financial Ombudsman, various VAT and tax authorities.I am a regular speaker on electronic disclosure and the wider issue of technology-led litigation solutions. I write regularly for legal and industry journals and speak at conferences on commercial litigation and industry matters. I am also recognised within the litigation sections of the leading legal directories.
