Getting Oxfordshire Online is a collaboration with three local charities, SOFEA, Aspire and Bicester Green, providing refurbished devices and support to help digitally excluded people get online and integrate in our modern world.

Inspired by the need for children to access their education online in the pandemic, I set up this charity to operate as a "food bank for tech", refurbishing and upgrading donated devices and working with local charities and community groups to reach people in need. Over 500 devices were donated in 2021, and in partnership with the Getting Oxfordshire Online programme, I'm pleased to be scaling this in 2022!

Responsible for global ingredient supply, storage and blending at multiple sites in Europe and UK, and intermediate transport for all innocent’s drinks ranges. Retain responsibility from previous role for managing support and development of all supply chain systems.

Responsible for UK logistics, providing stock to 11 European markets and direct service to all UK and Eire customers. Responsible annually for £7M budgeting and spend, and accuracy of £100M customer invoices, through a period of growth from 40k cases / week to over 400k.

In charge of equipment logistics support to a team of 120 young people and 40 staff. Manager on the diving project, ensuring personnel safety and equipment reliability as well as development of 30 young people and delivery of environmental projects.

Varied experience on major defence programmes and support to Whitehall departments. Managed teams delivering requirements management, high-security system design, programme planning, test and acceptance, and business case development.
