Responsible for delivery of Facilities CAPEX and OPEX projects within an office and commercial environment including a Museum and Conference Centre facility for the Wellcome Trust across the full project life cycle. Projects divided between two prestigious London buildings on opposite ends being a new commercial headquarters and a historic stone building built in the 1930s. Projects vary, requiring versatility and a variety of skills for delivery, generally ranging from £50,000 - £500,000 across various stakeholders and businesses within the Trust. Projects delivered and completed include, but not limited to: • External Fabric Maintenance (CAPEX project delivery into 5-year plan and PPM cycle)• Office Fit outs • Soundproofing and surveying works• Cafe Refurbishment• Facilities enabling works including electrical and mechanical systems• Structural surveys and restrictions based on construction of the buildingsKey skills and knowledge base adapted and grown from experience in an international capacity:• Health and Safety best practice and legislation• Environmental and sustainability responsibilities and deliverables• Contract tendering and management• Stakeholder management across a larger range of stakeholders

Managing overall requirements of client sites within the Auckland region including two central city corporate buildings over 22,000sqm (236,000sqft) and 30 retail stores to provide facilities, workplace and project management functions for a large banking institution. Providing a broad spectrum of solutions for the client and advice for best use of space given involvement in work space planning for corporate sites.Delivery of FM functions include setting budget for FM service lines, instigating PPM programme, general R&M, asset renewal and health and safety policy implementation.• Management of expectations and relationships of key client stake holders• Strategic delivery of solutions for future planning• Facilitate evolution of the workplace to meet changing needs • Asset renewal delivery (Capex & Opex) with an annual project cost of $2 million NZD.• Delivery of capital and minor projects including refurbishment and fit outs up to $100,000 NZD• Produce and deliver sustainability initiatives

Ensuring general upkeep of the site and management of stock for client operations.Managing vendor attendance, and completed work audited to the agreed service level standard and with best practice.
